Session Two will discuss the newly amended Rule 6.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, which addresses "Conflict of Interest Exceptions for Nonprofit and Limited Pro Bono Legal Services". We will follow that discussion with recommendations for best practices when representing clients referred by a legal services organization.  

You will earn 1 hour of CLE credit, which includes 1 hour of ethics.
